The transport of your package Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Packages are oversized and protected.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged.

Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be of a nature to defeat the right of withdrawal. The return costs are . Delivery time

The delivery times indicated during the order are only an estimate made by our delivery partners and in no case a guarantee.

The site Djellaba Homme is in no way responsible for any delays in delivery. No request for compensation can therefore be requested. The delivery times are about 48 hours (for France) in colissimo as soon as your order is sent (if a product is out of stock and even at the suppliers we will inform you immediately and offer you an exchange, or a refund).

The default shipment is Colissimo we reserve the right to change the delivery method with a refund of the difference. You can choose your type of shipment by writing to us by mail in order to know the exact amount of the delivery charges.

Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products will not be able to give place to the profit of the purchaser to: the allocation of damages; the cancellation of the order.

The Buyer outside of France is fully responsible for the payment of VAT (if applicable), export taxes and fees & any processing fees related to the purchase. The risk of transportation and security is assumed in full by the buyer. The delivery of the good must be carried out within a maximum of 30 days as from the day following that when the consumer transmitted his order to pay, at the risk of resolution of the contract and the refunding of the versed sums;

The good reflexes to adopt at the time of the reception in the event of damage: In the presence of the deliveryman or with the post office:

- The apparent state of the package If the delivery is not in conformity

Article 7- Availability

Our products are proposed as long as they are visible on the site and within the limit of stocks available. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.

In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by mail.
